Welcome to Bradford Vehicle Hire Services. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of our website carhirebradford.co.uk and our vehicle rental services. By using our services you accept these Terms.

1. Bradford Rental Agreement

All vehicle rentals with Bradford are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or vehicle collection. The agreement sets out the terms, conditions, insurance information, charges, and your responsibilities for the rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail for the relevant rental.

2. Bradford Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Bradford, you must:

Be at least 21 years old for rentals with Bradford (age limits may vary by vehicle type, and extra charges may apply for drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification and proof of address, together with any other documentation Bradford requests.

3. Bradford Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person at our Bradford office. A booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. 4. Bradford Collection and Return

Inspect the vehicle thoroughly at collection and report any existing damage to Bradford immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed at pickup. Return the vehicle in the same condition as at collection, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be assessed and charged in line with Bradford's damage policy.

5. Insurance and Liability for Bradford

Bradford provides basic third-party insurance with every rental. Full coverage information and applicable excess amounts are set out in the Rental Agreement. Optional additional insurance may be offered to lower your financial liability. Please review these options carefully. You are liable for damage or loss up to the applicable excess amount.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

Bradford's cancellation and amendment policies differ by booking type and required notice. Refer to your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement for the applicable terms. Late cancellations or no-shows can incur fees.

7. Bradford Restrictions

You must not use a Bradford rental vehicle for:

Any illegal purpose or activity involving Bradford vehicles. Racing, rallying, off-roading, or other hazardous driving activities. Transporting hazardous or dangerous materials or waste. Sub-letting to third parties or permitting unauthorized drivers. Operating the vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs. Use of the vehicle for duties or loads for which it was not designed...

Violating Bradford restrictions may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.

8. Bradford Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Bradford Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Bradford Vehicle Hire Services in respect of the hire that gave rise to the claim.

9. Bradford Jurisdiction

These Terms, insofar as they apply to Bradford, are governed by English and Welsh law. Any disputes will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Bradford Terms

Bradford may modify these Terms at any time. Such changes take effect immediately upon posting on Bradford's website. Your continued use of Bradford's services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
